Jana Kramer is a country singer, songwriter and actor who became a household name on the television screen when she was played by Alex in One Tree Hill for the season that ended in the. In episodes of the show she performed her country debut albums. Her album of the same title was featured within the top 20. Thirty One by 2015 was her follow-up album and climbed to Number Ten. In the last decade, she was a guest as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars as well in TV movies and a number of television shows. The singer also released a few singles that did not appear on albums. The self-doubting Voices was released in 2021. Born and raised in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer grew up on country music and would eventually make a record career, but she made her debut as a performer, making her onscreen debut on the screen in the 2002 independent horror film Dead/Undead while still in her teens. Following a couple of guest appearances in All My Children or CSI: NY, Kramer landed Noelle Davenport's recurring role on NBC Friday Night Lights in the 2nd season, 2007-2008. Kramer appeared in 90210 in 2008-2009 as Portia as well as Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW in 2009. There, she played the role of Alex Dupre.
